Speed sketching students selected for MEX conference

09/05/2012

A select team of Brunel Design students will once more act as visualisers at the London MEX event in May 2012. The students were selected through a speed sketching test and then briefed by Marek Pawlowski, the founder of MEX, who then gave a talk at Brunel University to undergraduate and postgraduate design students on future trends in the mobile experience industry.

Marek Pawlowski, organiser of the event commented:

"The participation of Brunel's designers has enriched the MEX community.  Over several years of partnership, each Brunel team has consistently brought fresh ideas and practical skills to the MEX events.  They work confidently alongside pioneers at the cutting edge of digital industry and enhance the collective output of each MEX session.  The quality of their contribution is such that they have made a lasting impression and established long-term relationships with many MEX industry professionals."

At the MEX conference the selected students will contribute to innovation workshops acting as dedicated illustrators, visualising the concepts and thoughts created by each team and working with attendees and expert facilitators to produce tangible visual outputs.
