David Riley

David is the co-founder of the Mandeville Recruitment Group. From a modest start, the company experienced profitable year-on-year growth for over a decade until its eventual sale to a major international public company. David remained as MD of the company for four and a half years post sale. Consequently, David’s experience combines successfully operating as both an entrepreneurial owner-manager and as the MD of an operating company within a large international group.

As an entrepreneurial ‘evangelist’ and practioner, David had given his time and passion to inspiring young people through presentations, training and workshops; working with universities, not-for-profit organisations and mentoring programmes.

David has recently been appointed as Brunel University’s first Entrepreneur in Residence.
