Technology is considered, by many, to be the key driver of innovation. At this engaging evening event, Claire Wardle explained how the BBC has been at the forefront of broadcast innovation and how future broadcast technologies will affect all businesses. A west London Innovator, Neil Tierney of Onzo told the story of how he is creating a unique technology based business in one of the most challenging market sectors. We shared the insights of Professor Joseph Giacomin, gained from Fiat and Brunel's Human Centered Design Institute, on how to build the user experience and understanding into technology products.
