Discovery:
What will our relationships with food, cleaning and washing be like in 2015?
You are invited to come and hear about recent research findings in trends in home appliances and lifestyles across Europe, and to contribute to findings predicting the next five years.
During this workshop, we will present our research findings regarding macro/micro trends and ethnography research conducted in four countries: France, Germany, Poland and the UK.
The main focus is to identify key trends which will continue to influence European lifestyle and envisage how our relationships with food, cleaning and washing will be like in 2015. Armed with this information, we hope to explore new design directions for refrigerators, vacuum cleaners, and washing machines.
To ensure we have a good balance, we aim to involve three key stakeholders: European consumers, trend researchers and design/creative professionals.
