Lightweight Medical: Cosy All the Time
Every year in the UK, the deaths of 29,000 elderly people are related to cold weather. Lightweight Medical and Brunel Design student Sam Weller worked together to tackle this significant issue through innovative design. A third collaborator, Inditherm PLC, supplied their innovative electrically heated polymer product for Sam's concept of a safe and energy efficient heated blanket.
