PBFA - M&S: Giftware concepts
An "ideas bank" containing hundreds of ideas has been generated for Marks & Spencer as a result of this well-established collaboration. Working with M&S and their major supplier for giftware, PBFA, students generate concepts every year which may end up on the shelves of M&S.
The students' brief is adjusted each year, but the emphasis remains on the need for original and innovative products. The project provides students with great practical experience, and also an invaluable insight into the complex world of Original Equipment Manufacture, retail buying, lead times and supply chains.
